Return/Exchange Policy

• We accept returns and exchanges for any product you are not satisfied with, up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Return/exchange requests are processed within 3-5 business days, products must have at least 90% remaining in the bottle.
• Delivery charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for the delivery charges for exchange orders.
• Testers are not refundable, as they are intended for testing fragrances only.
• Orders above Rs.10,000 are not refundable, but can be exchanged.
• In case of  damaged, leaking, or incorrect products we will bear the delivery charges.
